Can you imagine yourself at the Annunciation scene?
Angel Gabriel comes, he tells you,
“Hail! Favored one!”,
and then again, “Do not be afraid,
for you have found favor with God.”
Friend, I have clung onto these words since it came alive for me in my journey with our Mama Mary 🩵
The Holy Spirit planting it deep in my heart and reciting it to myself in times of doubt or worry have allowed me to live in peace knowing that the Father ALREADY loves me ❤️🔥
He always has; especially when I didn’t care to receive His love 😌
By these words, I know now that there’s nothing I could do that will take away His special attention on me! He looks at me with joy in His eyes for how He has created me and the great mission that He has set before me. He sees every need, every smile, every tear in my eyes, every defeat, and every victory. Come what may, He’s got me 😌
You know what’s the 🌟 BONUS 🌟 in all of this?
I have a Mama to whom these words were directly spoken to 🥹 She knows exactly what it feels like to receive and live in the favor of our Heavenly Father! In this, her heart is overflowing (still to this day) with love, courage, and gratitude!
As my Mama, she offers me the same words. And when it’s hard to receive it or when I forget, she says it over me, heart-to-heart, while I’m in her embrace 🩵
